Collaborative Partnership Agreement
Collaboration Partnership Agreements relate to the provision of disability support and/or aged care services by TDSA to mutual clients.
A collaborative partner provides disability support and/or aged care services direct to individuals (Service Users) under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth) and/or Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth). TDSA provides, directly or collaboratively with other service providers, benevolent relief to distressed individuals in serious need of disability support and aged care services, by assisting them gain equitable access to the government support they need. The Parties have identified mutually beneficial opportunities to work together in providing disability support and aged care services by way of hands-on support and relief to those individuals who are suffering distress where policies or processes of government disability and aged care agencies are denying, limiting, or restricting access to equitable government support they need. Accordingly, the parties have agreed to work together, as and when required in the best interests of Collaborative Partner’s service users, to provide disability support and/or aged care services in accordance with this agreement.
